Season 2024 calendar to check opening days
Introduction: With this document, Leolandia regulates access to the "Leolandia Christmas Gift” promotion, to prevent the unauthorized transfer/sale of admission tickets.
Promotion specifications:
Active promotion for the 2023 season, offering the opportunity to purchase a ticket with LeoPass for the 2024 season both online (at leolandia.it) and at the Park, granting access to a ticket with 2 entries in the 2024 season (a ticket with LeoPass for the 2024 season by 6/01/2025 and an entry without LeoPass to be used at any time during the 2024 season based on the promotion in effect at the time of the 1st entry of the 2024 season) and one complimentary ticket for entry during the Enchanted Christmas of the 2023 season (a ticket valid for only one day as a gift for Enchanted Christmas 2023 to be used by 7/01/2024).
Promotion "Leolandia Christmas Gift"
The offer in question gives buyers who have purchased a flat rate entry ticket (adults and children > 89 cm) for €70.00 for the 2024 season, both online (at leolandia.it) and at the ticket office, the opportunity to visit the Park 3 times: once in the 2023 season during the Enchanted Christmas (without LeoPass) and twice in the 2024 season (for the 1st entry with LeoPass, while the 2nd entry will be only entry without LeoPass). The buyer must purchase the promoted ticket "Leolandia Christmas Gift" through:
- Online purchase: proceed with the purchase of tickets on leolandia.it and wait for the confirmation of the purchase.
- Ticket office purchase: proceed with the purchase and pickup the dedicated postcard to use for entry during the Enchanted Christmas (by 7/01/2024).
For entries in the 2023 season related to the "Leolandia Christmas Gift" promotion:
- Online purchase: show the thank-you email and the related purchase receipt of the tickets "Leolandia Christmas Gift" to the Park ticket office to receive a free entry valid for 1 day.
- Ticket office purchase: present the dedicated postcard to receive a free entry valid for 1 day. (Note: entry can also be concurrent with the purchase; in this case, no postcard will be handed out).
Ticket validation at the entrance turnstiles to confirm the validity of the pass (the ticket will be valid for only one day; no need to take a photo at the Promo Point).
For entries in the 2024 season related to the "Leolandia Christmas Gift" promotion:
1 ENTRY (steps to follow)
In case of online purchase: use the ticket valid for the 2024 season purchased with the "Leolandia Christmas Gift" promotion that was sent to your email address, print it out or present it via smartphone at the entrance turnstiles by 6/01/2024.
In case of purchase at the ticket office: use the ticket valid for the 2024 season purchased with the "Leolandia Christmas Gift" promotion that was handed over by the Ticket Office Staff.
Following validation of the ticket at the entrance turnstiles to confirm the validity of the pass.
In the Park, there will be a photo taken via digital totem and it will be linked with the ticket valid for the 2024 season (Leolandia 2024 Season 3/2/2024 - 06/1/2025), which will grant access to the second free return based on the promotion in effect at the time of the first entry in the 2024 season.
Please note: To collect the LeoPass, visit the Reception on the morning of your first visit in the 2024 season. You will need to present either the ticket itself or the purchase receipt.
2ND ENTRY (steps to follow)
Once the ticket has been used for the 1st entry in the 2024 season, the guest will "unlock" the promotion in effect during that specific period/month, thus being able to re-enter for free with the same pass according to the rules set by the promotion and the rules in effect at the time of the 1st entry during the 2024 season. Promotions for the 2024 season will be indicated through internal communication at the Park and on leolandia.it.
Access limits to the promotion
The promotion is not valid for certain types of entry tickets such as the "Park + Hotel Ticket," the "Afternoon Ticket," the "Rain Ticket," "Credit tickets", "Intermediary Tickets," the "Season Pass," or other previous or future promotions unless specified. This type of ticket CANNOT be used on event days which will be communicated via the calendar and on leolandia.it; for example, the event day on 31/10/2024 is excluded, a day in which neither first entry nor free return will be possible. The LeoPass is included only for the 1st entry in the 2024 season. For the 2nd access, it can be repurchased online or at the Park.
Note: Purchased tickets are not sellable, but they can be transferred to third parties in case of a gift. Once validated with the first entry, they become personal, nominal, and no longer transferable.
Any violation of rules will give the management of Leolandia the right to deny access to the Leolandia amusement park located in Capriate San Gervasio at Via V. Veneto, 52 - zip code 240142 - (BG) for the violators.
