Promotional offer terms and conditions for tickets purchased to visit the park from 1/12/2023 to 7/01/2024 (four entries if the 1st access occurs by 6/01/2024, while 3 entries if the 1st access is done on 7/01/2024)

Subject: Active offer for the 2023 season, which includes the option of a valid admission ticket for 3 or 4 entries to Leolandia Park to be used 3 or 4 times (3 times only for entries on 7/01/2024): the 1st entry between 1/12/2023 and 7/01/2024, the 2nd by 7/01/2024 (excluding those doing the 1st access on 7/01/2024), the 3rd on February 3rd or 4th 2024, and a 4th entry for the 2024 season to be used by 30/04/2024.

Introduction: With this document, Leolandia regulates access to the promotion named “Come by january 7th and return for free in two seasons”, to prevent unauthorized transfers/sales of admission tickets

 

Promotion specifications:

The "Come by January 7th and return for free in two seasons" promotion allows for 3 or 4 entries to Leolandia Park for all those who do their first entry to the Park from December 1st to January 7th 2024 (3 times only for entries on 7/01/2024). The 1st entry can be done between 1/12/2023 to 7/01/2024, the 2nd entry by 7/01/2024 (excluding those who enter for the 1st time on 7/01/2024), the 3rd entry on either 3/02/2024 or 4/02/2024, and a 4th entry for the 2024 season to be used by April 30th, 2024.

 

"Come by January 7th and return for free in two seasons" promotion

The aforementioned promotion offers buyers who have purchased an admission ticket, either online or at the ticket office, for a flexible or fixed date entry during the period from December 1st, 2023, to January 6th, 2024, the opportunity to visit the Park 4 times. However, for those who make their first entry on January 7th, 2024, they will have the opportunity to visit the Park 3 times (1st entry on January 7th, 2024, the 2nd entry on February 3rd or 4th, 2024, and a 3rd entry by April 30th, 2024). The promotion dynamic unfold as follows:

  1. The guest's first entry to the Park must be done on an opening day between 1/12/2023 and 7/01/2024
  2. Validate the ticket at the entrance turnstiles to confirm the validity of the ticket
  3. Retain the admission ticket to validate it through a photo taken at the Promo Point inside the park on the day of the first visit
  4. Take a photo using a digital totem and link it to the valid ticket for the 2023 season
  5. To obtain the 3rd and 4th free entries:
    • • For the 1st entry made from December 1st, 2023, to January 7th, 2024, the guest will retain the same ticket until the new entry on February 3rd or 4th, presenting the same ticket at the ticket office to receive the new one, which will be handed over upon return of the old access ticket to the staff. The new ticket will be valid for 2 entries and will allow access on February 3rd or 4th and by April 30th, 2024, by presenting the same ticket received at the turnstiles.

 

Access limits to the promotion:

Admission tickets, once used by the guest, become personal and non-transferable to access promotions and return for free on a valid park opening day for the promotion in question. The promotion cannot be combined with returns from previous promotions such as “Come by October. Return for free in two seasons”, the Rain, the Park + Hotel and the Afternoon Ticket, the Points Collection tickets, Credit tickets or other previous or future promotions unless specified.

Note: Tickets validated through the digital totem are personal, non-transferable and not for resale.

 

Any violation of rules will give the management of Leolandia the right to deny access to the Leolandia amusement park located in Capriate San Gervasio at Via V. Veneto, 52 - zip code 240142 - (BG) for the violators.
