What Is Reversum? The Attraction You Wouldn’t Expect

The name already says it all, or almost. Reversum is a spinning coaster, a roller coaster where the cars don’t simply travel along the track: throughout the ride, they spin on themselves, making every ride different from the previous one. You never know when the next rotation will happen or which direction you’ll be facing as you enter the next curve. This is the heart of the attraction: unpredictability.

Added to this are the sensation of weightlessness during the free fall and the centrifugal force of the parabolic curves. The result is an experience that puts even the bravest visitors to the test and is unlikely to be forgotten.

 

Reversum by the Numbers: Why It Is a Record-Breaking Attraction

Reversum is not simply a new ride: it is the most impressive attraction built in Leolandia’s 55-year history. Here are some figures to give you an idea of its scale:

The Theme: Welcome to the Circus

Reversum is not an attraction disconnected from its surroundings: it is the narrative centrepiece of the Crazy Circus area, the 20,000-square-metre themed district inaugurated in summer 2025. The entire area is inspired by the aesthetics of travelling circuses, with scenery, attractions and dining venues combining to create a coherent and immersive world.

Reversum takes this universe to its peak: the cars evoke historic circus trains, while the station is housed beneath a 12-metre-high striped big top. In the Crazy Circus universe, where nothing is quite as it seems, passengers become the stars of an acrobatic act, watched with playful irony by a group of funambulist monkeys that bring the scenery to life. At the exit, a dedicated gadget shop offers the chance to purchase photos taken during the ride: a souvenir (or proof of courage) to take home.

With Reversum, Crazy Circus now offers ten experiences in total, with a carefully designed balance between high-intensity rides and attractions accessible to younger children.
