Family Promotion – Grandparents’ Day Special

Under these terms and conditions, Leolandia regulates access to the promotion known as the “Crazy Promo”, in order to prevent the unauthorized transfer and/or sale of admission tickets.

1. Promotion details

The “Promo Family - Grandparents Special” promotion is reserved for the ONLINE-ONLY purchase of packages of 3, 4 or 5 Open Date tickets, valid for one day and to be used by January 6, 2027, excluding October 31, 2026 and November 1, 2026. The packages will be available for purchase for a limited time, from September 28 through October 2, 2026, inclusive.

The promotion provides the possibility to purchase ONLINE-ONLY packages of 3, 4 or 5 Open Date tickets, valid for one day and usable by January 6, 2027, during the Park’s opening hours and on its opening days, excluding October 31, 2026 and November 1, 2026.

2. Purchase procedure

The purchaser must complete the purchase exclusively online via leolandia.it and wait for the confirmation email containing their tickets.

3. How to use the tickets

Proceed to the entrance turnstiles and validate the ticket to confirm its validity.

 

4. Terms and limitations

  • The package of 3, 4 or 5 tickets, available through the “Promo Family - Grandparents Special” promotion, is an online-only offer. The promotional package may be purchased online at www.leolandia.it from September 28, 2026, until 11:59 p.m. on October 2, 2026.
  • The Open Date tickets included in the promotional packages entitle the holder to 1 admission each, for a number of people corresponding to the selected package, during the Park’s opening hours and on its opening days as listed on www.leolandia.it, no later than January 6, 2027, inclusive.
  • The Open Date tickets included in the promotional packages cannot be used on October 31, 2026 or November 1, 2026.
  • Once used, the tickets become personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
  • The promotion cannot be combined with other previous or future promotions unless otherwise indicated.
  • The discount coupon code cannot be combined with the “Promo Family - Grandparents Special”. Therefore, discount codes worth €5, for example, issued through partnerships, advertising campaigns or other promotional initiatives, are excluded.
  • Tickets are personal, non-transferable to third parties and may not be resold.

5. Violations

Any violation of these terms and conditions authorizes the Management of Leolandia to deny access to Leolandia amusement park, located in Capriate San Gervasio, Via V. Veneto 52 – 24042 (BG), to the individuals responsible.
