Crazy Combo

With this document, Leolandia sets out the terms and conditions governing access to the “Crazy Combo” promotion, in order to prevent the unauthorized transfer and/or resale of admission tickets.

1. Purpose of the Promotion

The “Crazy Combo” promotion is available exclusively for online purchases made on leolandia.it on weekdays between October 19 and October 23, 2026.

The promotion allows customers to purchase a combo consisting of an Open-Date Ticket with LeoPass + 1 additional free ticket with LeoPass for November 1, 2026, at a single rate of €69.00 per person (adults and children over 89 cm in height), including:

  • 1st visit on a date of your choice during the 2026 season (February 14, 2026 – January 6, 2027), to be taken by January 6, 2027;
  • 1 free return visit, to be used by January 6, 2027, excluding October 31, 2026, and November 1, 2026;
  • 1 LeoPass, valid for one day only, to be used on the first visit to the park by January 6, 2027;
  • 1 free ticket with LeoPass, both valid exclusively on November 1, 2026.

2. Purchase Procedure

Customers must complete their purchase exclusively through leolandia.it and wait for the confirmation email, which will contain instructions on how to collect the LeoPass.

3. How to Use the Tickets

First visit
Present the ticket received by email, either printed or on your smartphone, at the park Reception to collect the LeoPass wristband. Then proceed to the entrance turnstiles and validate your ticket to confirm its validity.

Second visit
During the same visit, go to the Promo Point inside the park to have your photo taken using the digital kiosk. This is required to link your photo to your ticket and activate your entitlement to a free return visit by January 6, 2027, excluding October 31, 2026, and November 1, 2026.

Free ticket with LeoPass for November 1, 2026

Go to the park ticket offices and present the “Crazy Combo” ticket received by email, either printed or on your smartphone, to collect the ticket valid for November 1, 2026, and the LeoPass wristband. Then proceed to the entrance turnstiles to validate your ticket and enter the park.

4. LeoPass

The LeoPass included with the Open-Date Ticket is valid for one day only and may be used exclusively on the first visit to the park, by January 6, 2027.

The LeoPass associated with the free ticket for November 1, 2026, is valid exclusively on that date.

After using the LeoPass associated with the Open-Date Ticket for the first time, customers may purchase a new LeoPass at the discounted price of €30.00 instead of €40.00 at the park ticket offices or the Info Point, upon presentation of the “Crazy Combo” admission ticket.

5. Terms and Restrictions

  • The Crazy Combo ticket can only be purchased online on October 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, subject to the conditions set out in Section 1.
  • The open-date ticket with LeoPass cannot be used on November 1, 2026. To enter on that date, the additional admission ticket must be used.
  • Use of the ticket grants access to applicable promotions, including the possibility of benefiting from a free return visit on a park opening day eligible under the relevant promotion.
  • Once used, tickets become personal and are non-transferable.
  • The free return visit cannot be combined with return visits granted under other promotions, nor with: Rain Tickets, Park + Hotel Tickets, Afternoon Tickets, tickets obtained through certain Points Collection schemes, complimentary admission tickets or other promotional initiatives, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Tickets validated using the digital kiosks are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • The free ticket and LeoPass wristband included in the “Crazy Combo” promotion are valid exclusively on November 1, 2026. The ticket allows one admission to the park only and must be used immediately after collection at the ticket offices, by entering through the entrance turnstiles. The ticket cannot be combined with the free return visit promotion.The free ticket with LeoPass for November 1, 2026, is valid only for the holder of the open-date ticket with LeoPass purchased through Crazy Combo.

6. Violations

Any violation of these terms and conditions authorizes Leolandia Management to deny access to Leolandia amusement park, located at Via V. Veneto 52, 24042 Capriate San Gervasio (BG), Italy, to the individuals responsible.
