Terms and Conditions for Accessing the “Summer Promotion” Offer, promoted by Leolandia for the purchase of open-date tickets from July 15, 2025 to July 31, 2025, valid for 1 day and usable until September 15, 2025.

Subject: Active commercial offer for the 2025 season, allowing the purchase from July 15 to July 31, 2025, of a one-day admission ticket to Leolandia park, to be used by September 15, 2025 (the purchase must be completed no later than 07/31/2025, and the single entry must be used by 09/15/2025).

Preamble: With this document, Leolandia regulates access to the commercial offer “Summer Promotion” to prevent any unauthorized transfer or resale of admission tickets.

Details of the Commercial Offer
The “Summer Promotion” offer allows selected recipients—contacted via a dedicated newsletter—to purchase, exclusively through a specific landing page and only from July 15 to July 31, 2025, an open-date admission ticket valid for one day at Leolandia park. The ticket must be used by September 15, 2025, and re-entry is not allowed. The offer consists of purchasing a single-price open-date ticket (valid for adults and children taller than 89 cm) at the special rate of €33.50, with the opportunity to enjoy a single park visit by the above deadline. Ticket availability is limited and must be purchased no later than July 31, 2025.


1. “Summer Promotion” Commercial Offer
This offer allows a selected database of customers to purchase an open-date ticket valid for both adults and children taller than 89 cm at the special price of €33.50, with a single park entry to be used by September 15, 2025. The purchaser must:

a) Complete the purchase through the landing page accessible via a dedicated link no later than July 31, 2025;
b) Follow the instructions provided on the landing page and proceed with the purchase;
c) Ensure that the .pdf tickets are correctly delivered to the email address specified during the purchase process;
d) Choose the day of visit before September 15, 2025, and present the tickets at the park entrance gates either via printed copy or smartphone, without going through the ticket offices.


Access Restrictions to Promotions
The tickets purchased through the “Summer Promotion” offer allow one single entry before September 15, 2025, without the option of free re-entry.
This offer cannot be combined with any other current, past, or future promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The offer is subject to limited availability. Once the availability has run out, Leolandia reserves the right to suspend sales and withdraw the offer without further notice or obligations.

Note: Tickets purchased through the “Summer Promotion” are personal, non-transferable, and not for resale. Any violation of these rules entitles Leolandia's management to deny access to the amusement park located in Capriate San Gervasio (BG) at Via V. Veneto, 52 – ZIP code 24042, for violators.
