Regulations for access to the promotion promoted by Leolandia for admissions of the 2025 season from 8/11 to 6/01/2026 included

promotion active for the 2025 season providing 2 or 3 entries (3 entries if the 1st access takes place by January 5, 2026, while 2 entries if the 1st access is made on January 6, 2026) to Leolandia park:

1st entry in the 2025 season between 11/08/2025 and 01/06/2026
2nd free entry in the 2025 season by January 6, 2026 (excluding those who make the 1st access on January 6, 2026)
3rd free entry in the 2026 season to be used by April 30, 2026.
subject to possession of an admission ticket previously purchased/held either at the park ticket offices, on leolandia.it or through authorized resellers, for entries made from November 8 to January 6, 2026 (inclusive).

The deadline initially set for the 3rd free entry in the 2026 season, to be used by April 30, 2026, is extended to and including May 18, 2026.

Introduction: with this document Leolandia regulates access to the promotion called “Come for the Enchanted Christmas. Come back twice for free!” to prevent unauthorized transfers and/or sales of admission tickets.

Promotion details

The promotion “Come for the Enchanted Christmas. Come back twice for free!” allows those who make a first access with an admission ticket purchased at the park ticket office, on leolandia.it or through authorized resellers, for entries between November 8, 2025 and January 6, 2026 with fixed-date or open-date tickets, the possibility of 2 or 3 entries on park opening days (a 2nd entry by January 6, 2026 and a 3rd entry by April 30, 2026, extended to May 18, 2026. For those who make the 1st access on January 6, 2026, the free return will be only 1, to be used by May 18, 2026).

The promotion mechanism works as follows:

1. First access to the park by the guest on a park opening day between November 8, 2025 and January 6, 2026
2. Ticket validation at the entrance turnstiles to certify the validity of the ticket
3. Taking a digital photo via totem and linking it to the ticket valid for the 2025 season for the period between November 8, 2025 and January 6, 2026
4. To obtain the 2nd free entry:

        • 1st access made from 11/08/2025 to 01/05/2026, the guest will keep the same ticket until the new entry by January 6, 2026, presenting the same ticket at the turnstiles
        • 1st access made on 01/06/2025, the guest will keep the same ticket until the new entry in the 2026 season, which must take place by April 30, 2026, presenting the same ticket at the ticket offices to collect the new one, which will be issued upon return of the old admission ticket to the operator. The deadline initially set for the 3rd free entry in the 2026 season, to be used by April 30, 2026, is extended to and including May 18, 2026.

5. To obtain the 3rd free entry: the guest will keep the same ticket until the new entry in the 2026 season, which must take place by May 18, 2026, presenting the same ticket at the ticket offices to collect the new one, which will be issued upon return of the old admission ticket to the operator.


Limits on access to promotions

Once used by the guest, admission tickets become personal and non-transferable in order to access promotions and return free of charge on a park opening day valid for the promotion in question. The promotion cannot be combined with returns from other previous promotions such as, for example, “Come by March 31. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Come by April 30. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Come by May 31. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Come by June 30. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Come by July 31. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Enjoy the whole Leolandia summer and come back for free whenever you want”, “Come for the Halloween period. Come back twice for free”, the “Rain Ticket”, the “Park + Hotel Ticket”, the Afternoon Ticket, Points Collection Tickets, Accreditations or other previous or future promotions unless specified.

N.B. Tickets validated via digital totem are personal, non-transferable to third parties and not resellable. Any violation of the regulation will allow the management of Leolandia to deny access to the Leolandia amusement park located in Capriate San Gervasio at Via V. Veneto, 52 – postal code 24042 to violators.
