Regulations for Accessing the “This Christmas Give Leolandia” Promotion promoted by Leolandia for the purchase of tickets at a single rate (€37.50) applicable to adults and children over 89 cm in height.

Subject: active promotion for the 2025 season, which allows the purchase, both online (leolandia.it) and at the Park, of a ticket for the 2026 season that entitles the holder to 2 admissions during the 2026 season and, as a gift, 1 additional ticket for admission during the Enchanted Christmas event of the 2025 season:

  • the 2026 season ticket includes:
    • 1 admission during the 2026 season valid until 06/01/2027 (excluding 31/10)
    • 1 additional admission to be used during the 2026 season according to the promotion in force at the time of the first access of the 2026 season
  • 1 complimentary ticket valid for 1 day only, to be used during the Enchanted Christmas 2025 event, valid until 06/01/2026.

Preamble: with this document, Leolandia regulates access to the “This Christmas Give Leolandia” Promotion to prevent the transfer/sale of admission tickets not in compliance with regulations.

 

2026 Season Calendar

 

Promotion details

This promotion allows the purchase, both online (leolandia.it) and at the Park, of a ticket for the 2026 season that entitles the holder to 2 admissions during the 2026 season (one ticket valid for the 2026 season with one admission valid until 06/01/2027 and another admission to be used during the 2026 season according to the promotion in force at the time of the first access of the 2026 season) and 1 admission for the Enchanted Christmas 2025 event (a ticket valid for 1 day only, to be used on any opening day from 08/11/2025 to 06/01/2026).

This offer allows purchasers who have bought a ticket at the standard rate (€37.50 for adults and children over 89 cm), either online (leolandia.it) or at the Park ticket office, to visit the Park 3 times: once during the 2025 season for the Enchanted Christmas event and twice during the 2026 season. The purchaser must buy the promotional ticket “This Christmas Give Leolandia” through:

  • Online purchase: proceed with the purchase of tickets on leolandia.it and wait for the purchase confirmation
  • Ticket office purchase: proceed with the purchase and collect the dedicated postcard to use for admission during the Enchanted Christmas event (by January 6, 2026)

For the admission ticket valid during the 2025 season, to be used during the Enchanted Christmas event linked to the “This Christmas Give Leolandia” promotion:

  • Online purchase: show the thank-you email and the purchase receipt of the “This Christmas Give Leolandia” promotional tickets at the Park ticket offices to receive the free 1-day admission
  • Ticket office purchase: present the dedicated postcard to receive the free 1-day admission (N.B. admission can also be on the same day as the purchase, in which case no postcard will be issued)

Ticket validation at the entrance turnstiles will confirm ticket validity (the ticket is valid for one day only; no photo is required at the Promo Point).

 

For admissions during the 2026 season linked to the “This Christmas Give Leolandia” promotion:

1st ADMISSION (steps to follow)

If purchased online: use the ticket valid for the 2026 season bought with the “This Christmas Give Leolandia” promotion, which was sent to your email address; print it or show it via smartphone at the entrance turnstiles by January 6, 2027.

If purchased at the ticket office: use the ticket valid for the 2026 season bought with the “This Christmas Give Leolandia” promotion, which was provided by the Ticket Office staff.

After validating the ticket at the entrance turnstiles to confirm ticket validity, a photo will be taken inside the Park via a digital totem and linked to the ticket valid for the 2026 season (Leolandia 2026 Season: 14/02/2026 – 06/01/2027), granting access to the 2nd free re-entry according to the promotion in force at the time of the first access during the 2026 season.

2nd ADMISSION (steps to follow)

Once the ticket has been used for the first access during the 2026 season, the guest will “unlock” the promotion valid during that specific period/month and will therefore be able to re-enter for free with the same ticket, according to the rules and regulations in force at the time of the first admission during the 2026 season. Promotions for the 2026 season will be announced via internal Park communication and on leolandia.it.

Access limitations for promotions

This type of ticket CANNOT be used on October 31,  2026. On these dates, access will not be allowed either for the first admission or for the free re-entry.

Note: Purchased tickets cannot be resold but may be transferred to third parties if given as a gift. Once validated upon first entry, tickets become personal, nominal, and non-transferable. Any violation of the regulations grants Leolandia’s management the right to deny access to Leolandia amusement park, located in Capriate San Gervasio, Via V. Veneto 52 – 24042 (BG), to violators.
