The number of facilities you have selected is lower than the number of guests. If all guests will use them, the hotel will ask you an additional charge

The restaurants may not be close by, or you may have selected different time slots. If you wish to dine together with your family, we recommend choosing the menu from a single restaurant or selecting the same time slot.

Under these terms and conditions, Leolandia regulates access to the promotion known as the “Give Leolandia for Christmas”, in order to prevent the unauthorized transfer and/or sale of admission tickets.

OPEN-DATE TICKET PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purpose of the promotion

The “Give Leolandia for Christmas” promotion allows you to purchase, online at leolandia.it or at the Park ticket offices, a ticket at a flat rate of €37.50, valid for adults and children taller than 89 cm.

Each ticket purchased entitles the holder to 3 total entries to Leolandia, broken down as follows:

  • 1 entry in the 2027 season, valid from 6 February 2027 to 9 January 2028
  • 1 free return visit in the 2027 season, subject to the promotion conditions in force at the time of the first entry in the 2027 season, excluding 30 and 31 October and 1 November 2027
  • 1 complimentary entry to Natale Incantato 2026, valid from 7 November 2026 to 6 January 2027.

 

2. How to purchase

  • Online purchase: purchase the tickets on leolandia.it and wait for the purchase confirmation
  • Ticket office purchase: make the purchase and collect the dedicated postcard to use the entry during Natale Incantato (by 6 January 2027)

 

3. How to use

Complimentary entry – Natale Incantato 2026

  • For online purchases: show the thank-you email and the related purchase receipt for the “Give Leolandia for Christmas” promotional tickets at the Park ticket offices to receive the free 1-day entry
  • For ticket office purchases: present the dedicated postcard to receive the free 1-day entry (N.B. the entry may also be used on the day of purchase, in which case no postcard will be issued)

Ticket validation at the entrance turnstiles to certify the validity of the ticket (the ticket will be valid for one day only, there is no need to take a photo at the Promo Point)

 

First entry – 2027 Season

The first entry in the 2027 season may be used on any Park opening day, from 6 February 2027 to 9 January 2028.

To enter:

  • Online purchases: present the ticket received by email at the turnstiles, either printed or in digital format on your smartphone.
  • Ticket office purchases: present the ticket issued at the time of purchase at the turnstiles.

After validating the ticket at the turnstiles, guests must go to one of the digital kiosks located in the Park to take a photo and link it to their ticket.

This procedure is required to activate the right to the free return visit in the 2027 season.

 

Second entry – Free return visit in the 2027 season

After the first entry in the 2027 season and once their photo has been linked to the ticket, guests will be entitled to a second free entry.

The return visit will be governed by the promotion conditions in force on the date of the first entry in the 2027 season.

The terms and validity periods of the free return visit will be communicated inside the Park and on the leolandia.it website.

To use the second entry, guests must present the same ticket used for the first entry.

The free return visit is not valid on 30 and 31 October and 1 November 2027.

 

4. Conditions and limitations

  • Once used, tickets become personal and may not be transferred to third parties
  • The promotion cannot be combined with other previous or future promotions unless otherwise stated
  • Discount coupon codes cannot be combined with the “Give Leolandia for Christmas” promotion. Therefore, by way of example, €5 discount codes granted through partnerships, advertising campaigns or other promotional initiatives are excluded
  • Tickets are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold
  • The free return visit is not valid on 30 and 31 October and 1 November 2027

 

5. Violations

Any violation of these terms and conditions entitles the Leolandia Management to deny the persons responsible access to the Leolandia amusement park, located in Capriate San Gervasio, Via V. Veneto 52 – 24042 (BG).

 

OPEN-DATE TICKET WITH LEOPASS PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Purpose of the promotion

The “Give Leolandia for Christmas” promotion allows you to purchase, online at leolandia.it or at the Park ticket offices, a ticket with LeoPass at a flat rate of €59.00, valid for adults and children taller than 89 cm.

Each ticket purchased entitles the holder to 3 total entries to Leolandia, broken down as follows:

  • 1 entry with LeoPass (skip the line) in the 2027 season, valid from 6 February 2027 to 9 January 2028
  • 1 free return visit in the 2027 season, subject to the promotion conditions in force at the time of the first entry in the 2027 season, excluding 30 and 31 October and 1 November 2027
  • 1 complimentary entry to Natale Incantato 2026, valid from 7 November 2026 to 6 January 2027.

  • Ticket office purchases: present the ticket issued at the time of purchase at the turnstiles.

After validating the ticket at the turnstiles, guests must go to one of the digital kiosks located in the Park to take a photo and link it to their ticket.

Second entry – Free return visit in the 2027 season

After the first entry in the 2027 season and once their photo has been linked to the ticket, guests will be entitled to a second free entry.
