Do you have any questions or some specific information you require?

Dynamic pricing will be adopted again in 2018: the price of a fixed date ticket ranges from €20.50 to €39.50, depending on your selected date.
Our system is similar to the one used when you buy airline tickets, the only difference is that last minute tickets don’t exist at Leolandia: the earlier you buy, the more you save!
Open date tickets for 2018 are also available online by clicking here. If you buy open date tickets for 2018 online, full price tickets (120cm and above) are available at €38.50 and reduced price tickets (children from 90 to 119 cm) at €33.50. Children up to 89cm get free entry!
Open date tickets at the ticket office are available for full price at € 39.50 and reduced price ticket at €34.50.
If you want to have even more fun and add magical days to your experience, Leolandia gives you the chance to add 1 or 2 extra days to your ticket (fixed date or open date tickets) at a preferential price compared to the total amount paid for three single tickets
If you have bought your ticket online and the first day of your visit is rainy, you should not fear of losing your money! Come to the park and take advantage of every attraction you could enjoy indoors or with an umbrella (aquarium, reptile house and Minitalia), attend all our shows and get in the open rides (in case of heavy rain, some of them will be closed for safety reasons).
In addition, if it rains consecutively for over 1 hour during your first day of visit, we’ll give you free entrance tickets for a return visit within a month!
We are making this offer because we want you to enjoy your experience in the park!

Unfortunately, your puppy cannot enter the park because there is a farm area with many animals.
Leolandia, neverthless, leaves the Dog area at your disposal: a completely free of charge service, close to the ticket offices of the park.
Here, your puppy will wait for you protected from the sun in one of 14 comfortable dog baskets and you will be able to visit him whenever you want throughout the day. Dog baskets have different dimensions for dogs of all sizes.
This service is guaranteed everyday, subject to availability. For booking call 02 9090169.
Of course you can! During the public opening season, you will have access to the park’s parking spaces from 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. and our staff in charge of the night time parking registration will await you at the reception.
Here below are our parking fees:
- Daytime parking €8.00
- 2 days + 1 night €28.00
- Extra night €15.00
The area for recreational vehicle is equipped with shared toilets, shower drainage systems and charging points.
Thanks to the cooperation with AIC Lombardia Onlus (Italian Association of Celiac disease), we offer a choice of gluten free menus; you can choose the one most suitable for you.
This offer is for now only available in Caffè Minitalia and when you will visit the park, you only need to ask our LeoStaff in order to taste the available dishes.
The nearest railway station is Bergamo. Click here to get further information on Trenord trains and NET buses, in order to reach the park from your nearest train station.
From Milan or Bergamo you can reach Leolandia and take Z301 bus from Nord Est Trasporti, the public transport company in north-east of Milan. Bus departure points in Milan are Beltrami square (piazza Beltrami, Cairoli) or Lampugnano, according to the timetable. The bus departure point in Bergamo is always the bus station.
Leaving from both directions your stop to reach Leolandia is Capriate San Gervasio, which is 500 metres from the park entrance.
Here is the Italian toll-free number 800. 90.51.50 and the public transport websites (click here), where you can find all information on timetables.
Lastly, we suggest you to buy a round trip ticket before your departure.
Rides opening times correspond to the park ones on weekends and bank holidays, with the exception of water rides, which open half an hour later.
By contrast, some rides have reduced opening hours on weekdays (10:30 a.m-05:00 p.m.).
We suggest that you check the programme of the day you wish to visit the park in the calendar (click here).
Discovery experiences (Minitalia, Aquarium, Reptile House and Farm) have the same opening hours as the park ones.
