Under these terms and conditions, Leolandia regulates access to the promotion known as the “Family Promo”, in order to prevent the unauthorized transfer and/or sale of admission tickets.

1. Promotion details

The “Family Promo” is exclusively available for online purchase and applies to packages of 3, 4 or 5 Open-Date tickets, each valid for one day and to be used by January 6, 2027, excluding October 31, 2026 and November 1, 2026. The packages will be available for purchase for a limited time, from October 5 to October 9, 2026, inclusive.

The promotion allows customers to purchase exclusively online packages of 3, 4 or 5 Open-Date tickets, each valid for one day and usable by January 6, 2027, during the Park’s opening days and hours, excluding October 31, 2026 and November 1, 2026.

2. Purchase method

The purchaser must complete the purchase exclusively online through leolandia.it and wait for the confirmation email containing the tickets.

 

3. Ticket use

Proceed to the entrance turnstiles and scan the ticket to validate it and confirm its validity.

  

4. Terms and conditions

  • The package of 3, 4 or 5 tickets, available through the “Special Family Promo” promotion, is an online-only offer. The promotional package may be purchased from the time it is made available online at www.leolandia.it, starting October 5, 2026, until 11:59 p.m. on October 9, 2026.
  • The Open-Date tickets included in the promotional packages entitle each ticket holder to 1 admission, for a number of people corresponding to the package selected, during the Park’s opening days and hours as published on www.leolandia.it, no later than January 6, 2027, inclusive.
  • The Open-Date tickets included in the promotional packages cannot be used on October 31, 2026 or November 1, 2026.
  • Once used, tickets become personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
  • The promotion cannot be combined with other current or future promotions unless otherwise specified.
  • The discount coupon code cannot be combined with the “Family Promo”. This includes, by way of example, €5 discount codes issued through partnerships, advertising campaigns or other promotional initiatives.
  • Tickets are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold.

5. Violations

Any violation of these terms and conditions authorizes Leolandia Management to deny access to Leolandia amusement park, located at Via V. Veneto 52, 24042 Capriate San Gervasio (BG), Italy, to the individuals responsible.
