Terms and conditions to access the promotion offered by Leolandia, valid for tickets purchased for the 2025 season between 09/19 and 11/02/2025 inclusive.

upon possession of an admission ticket previously purchased/owned either at the park’s ticket offices, on leolandia.it or through authorized resellers, for entries made between September 19 and November 2, 2025 (inclusive)

Premise: with this document, Leolandia regulates access to the promotion called “Visit during the Halloween period. Come back twice for free!” to prevent any unauthorized transfers and/or sales of admission tickets.

Promotion details

The “Visit during the Halloween period. Come back twice for free!” promotion allows anyone who makes a first visit with an admission ticket purchased at the park’s ticket office, on leolandia.it or through authorized resellers, for visits between 19/09/2025 and 02/11/2025 (fixed or open date), to return for free on 2 additional park opening days (a 2nd entry by 6/01/2026 and a 3rd entry by 30/04/2026), except on 31 October and 1 November 2025, when free admission cannot be used. Tickets purchased for 31/10 and 1/11 do NOT allow access on the following day.

The promotion mechanism works as follows:

  1. First access to the park by the guest on an open park day between September 19 and November 2, 2025
  2. Ticket validation at the entrance turnstiles to confirm its validity
  3. Taking of a digital photo via the totem and linking it to the valid ticket for the 2025 season between September 19 and November 2, 2025
  4. To obtain the 2nd free entry: after the 1st visit between 19/09/2025 and 02/11/2025, the guest must keep the same ticket for re-entry by 6/01/2026, presenting the same ticket at the turnstiles
  5. To obtain the 3rd free entry: the guest must keep the same ticket for the next entry during the 2026 season, to be made by 30 April 2026, presenting the same ticket at the ticket office to receive a new one, which will be issued upon returning the old admission ticket to the operator.

Promotion access limits

Admission tickets, once used by the guest, become personal and non-transferable in order to access the promotion and return for free on a valid park opening day (free re-entry is NOT allowed on 31 October and 1 November 2025). Tickets purchased for 31/10 and 1/11 do NOT allow access the following day.

On Sunday, November 2, 2025, a day previously excluded from the promotion, it will be possible to use the free re-entry included with your admission ticket or season pass, with no additional charge required.

The promotion cannot be combined with re-entries from other previous promotions such as “Come by March 31. Come back whenever you want”, “Come by April 30. Come back whenever you want”, “Come by May 31. Come back whenever you want”, “Come by June 30. Come back whenever you want”, “Come by July 31. Come back whenever you want”, “Enjoy Leolandia’s whole summer and come back whenever you want”, the “Rain Ticket”, the “Park + Hotel Ticket”, the Afternoon Ticket, Point Collection Tickets, Complimentary Tickets or any other previous or future promotions unless otherwise stated.

Note: Tickets validated via the digital totem are personal, non-transferable and not for resale. Any violation of these rules will allow Leolandia’s management to deny access to the Leolandia amusement park located in Capriate San Gervasio, Via V. Veneto 52 – ZIP 24042, to those responsible.
