The deadline for the use of the 3rd free entry in the 2026 season, initially set for April 30, 2026, is extended to and including May 18, 2026.

Introduction: with this document Leolandia regulates access to the promotion called “Come during the Halloween period. Come back twice for free!” to prevent unauthorized transfers and/or sales of admission tickets.

Promotion details

The promotion “Come during the Halloween period. Come back twice for free!” allows those who make a first access with an admission ticket purchased at the park ticket office, on leolandia.it or through authorized resellers, for entries between September 19, 2025 and November 2, 2025 with fixed-date or open-date tickets, to return free of charge on 2 park opening days (a 2nd entry by January 6, 2026 and a 3rd entry by April 30, 2026, extended to May 18, 2026), except for October 31 and November 1, 2025, on which free entry will not be allowed. Tickets purchased for October 31 and November 1 do NOT allow entry on the following day.

The promotion mechanism works as follows:

  1. First access to the park by the guest on a park opening day between September 19 and November 2, 2025
  2. Ticket validation at the entrance turnstiles to certify the validity of the ticket
  3. Taking a digital photo via totem and linking it to the ticket valid for the 2025 season for the period between September 19 and November 2, 2025
  4. To obtain the 2nd free entry: 1st access made from 09/19/2025 to 11/02/2025, the guest will keep the same ticket until the new entry by January 6, 2026, presenting the same ticket at the turnstiles
  5. To obtain the 3rd free entry: the guest will keep the same ticket until the new entry in the 2026 season, which must take place by April 30, 2026, presenting the same ticket at the ticket offices to collect the new one, which will be issued upon return of the old admission ticket to the operator. The deadline for the use of the 3rd free entry in the 2026 season, initially set for April 30, 2026, is extended to and including May 18, 2026.

Limits on access to promotions

Once used by the guest, admission tickets become personal and non-transferable in order to access promotions and return free of charge on a park opening day valid for the promotion in question (free re-entry is NOT allowed on October 31 and November 1, 2025). Tickets purchased for October 31 and November 1 do NOT allow entry on the following day.

Sunday, November 2, 2025, a day previously excluded from the promotion, will allow free re-entry as provided by the admission ticket or season pass, without the need for any supplement.

The promotion cannot be combined with returns from other previous promotions such as, for example, “Come by March 31. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Come by April 30. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Come by May 31. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Come by June 30. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Come by July 31. Come back for free whenever you want”, “Enjoy the whole Leolandia summer and come back for free whenever you want”, the “Rain Ticket”, the “Park + Hotel Ticket”, the Afternoon Ticket, Points Collection Tickets, Accreditations or other previous or future promotions unless specified.

N.B. Tickets validated via digital totem are personal, non-transferable to third parties and not resellable. Any violation of the regulation will allow Leolandia management to deny access to the Leolandia amusement park located in Capriate San Gervasio at Via V. Veneto, 52 – postal code 24042 to violators.
