At Christmas, Give Leolandia

Regulation for access to the "A Natale Regala Leolandia" promotion promoted by Leolandia for the purchase of tickets at a single price (€36.50 for adults and children taller than 89 cm) for the 2025 season (February 22, 2025 – January 6, 2026), which grants the possibility of obtaining a ticket valid for 2 admissions to be used during the 2025 season (one admission by January 6, 2026, and a second admission based on the promotion in effect on the day of the first entry made during the 2025 season) and 1 complimentary ticket valid for 1 admission to be used during the 2024 season (by January 6, 2025).

Object: active promotion for the 2024 season, which allows the purchase of a ticket for the 2025 season both online (leolandia.it) and at the Park, granting 2 admissions for the 2025 season, plus 1 additional complimentary ticket for the Enchanted Christmas of the 2024 season:

  • The ticket for the 2025 season includes:
    • 1 admission during the 2025 season by January 6, 2026 (excluding the special event day on October 31, 2025)
    • 1 additional admission to be used within the 2025 season based on the promotion in effect at the time of the 1st visit during the 2025 season (excluding the special event day on October 31, 2025. Promotions for the 2025 season will be communicated internally at the Park and on leolandia.it)
  • The complimentary ticket is valid for 1 day only during the 2024 Enchanted Christmas, to be used by January 6, 2025

Introduction: With this document, Leolandia regulates access to the “A Natale Regala Leolandia” Promo to prevent unauthorized resale of entry tickets.

 

Promotion details:

The promotion is active for the 2024 season and allows the purchase of a ticket for the 2025 season both online (leolandia.it) and at the Park, granting a ticket with 2 admissions for the 2025 season (one ticket for the 2025 season, valid for one admission by January 6, 2026, and another admission within the 2025 season based on the promotion in effect at the time of the 1st visit during the 2025 season) and 1 complimentary ticket for the 2024 Enchanted Christmas (a complimentary ticket valid for 1 day only during the 2024 Enchanted Christmas, to be used by January 6, 2025).

Promo “A Natale Regala Leolandia”

This offer allows customers who purchase a single-price admission ticket (€36.50 for adults and children >89 cm) for the 2024 season, either online (leolandia.it) or at the ticket office, to visit the Park 3 times: once during the 2024 season for Enchanted Christmas and twice during the 2025 season. The customer must purchase the promotional ticket “A Natale Regala Leolandia” through:

  • Online purchase: buy tickets at leolandia.it and wait for the purchase confirmation
  • In-ticket-office purchase: proceed with the purchase and collect the dedicated postcard to use the entry during Enchanted Christmas (by January 6, 2025)

 

For the admission ticket for the 2024 season linked to the “A Natale Regala Leolandia” Promo:

  • Online purchase: present the thank-you email and related purchase receipt for the “A Natale Regala Leolandia” tickets at the Park’s ticket office to receive the complimentary 1-day admission
  • In-ticket-office purchase: present the dedicated postcard to receive the complimentary 1-day admission (N.B. the admission can also be granted at the time of purchase; in this case, no postcard will be delivered)

Validate the ticket at the entrance turnstiles to confirm the ticket's validity (the ticket will be valid for one day only, there is no need to take a photo at the Promo Point).

 

For 2025 season admissions linked to the “A Natale Regala Leolandia” Promo:

1st ADMISSION (steps to follow)

In case of online purchase: use the valid ticket for the 2025 season purchased with the “A Natale Regala Leolandia” Promo that was sent to your email, print it or present it via smartphone at the entrance turnstiles by January 6, 2026.

In case of ticket-office purchase: use the valid ticket for the 2025 season purchased with the “A Natale Regala Leolandia” Promo that was handed over by the ticket office staff.

After ticket validation at the entrance turnstiles, a photo will be taken via a digital totem and linked to the valid ticket for the 2025 season (2025 Season at Leolandia: 22/02/2025 – 06/01/2026), granting access to the 2nd free admission based on the promotion in effect at the time of the 1st entry during the 2025 season.

 

2nd ADMISSION (steps to follow)

Once the ticket has been used for the 1st visit in the 2025 season, the guest will “unlock” the promotion in effect during that specific period/month, and will then be able to return for free with the same ticket according to the rules established by the promotion and the regulations in effect at the time of the 1st entry during the 2025 season. Promotions for the 2025 season will be communicated internally at the Park and on leolandia.it

Access limitations to promotions

This promotion does not apply to certain types of admission tickets, such as the “Park + Hotel Ticket,” the “Afternoon Ticket,” the “Rain Ticket,” “Accredits,” “Intermediary Tickets,” Season Passes, or other previous or future promotions unless otherwise specified. This ticket type CANNOT be used on the event day of October 31, 2025; admission will not be granted either for the first visit or for the free return on that day.

N.B. Tickets purchased are non-resalable but can be transferred to third parties if given as a gift. Once validated with the 1st entry, they become personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Any violation of the rules will grant Leolandia the right to deny access to the amusement park located at Via V. Veneto, 52 – zip code 240142 – Capriate San Gervasio (BG) to violators.
